Bathroom Resin Renovation Concepts in Marbella

Design concept: a Spanish-style bathroom beside a proposed light marble-effect resin finish, retaining the timber vanity and fixtures.

Design concept — proposed resin bathroom finish.

An existing bathroom can suggest a new direction without a complete change of layout. We explore resin finishes around the fixtures and features you want to retain, developing a calm material palette and a clear proposal for the space.

Begin with what stays

Photograph the room from the doorway and from the opposite corner. Tell us whether the bath, shower, vanity and fittings will remain. A useful design study preserves those elements so the effect of a different surface is easy to understand.

Assess the whole wet area

Decorative resin does not by itself resolve waterproofing, drainage or movement. The existing construction and intended coating system need to be reviewed together. A sound appearance is not enough to confirm that tiles or another surface are suitable for coating.

Choose a restrained palette

Warm ivory, soft stone tones and subtle movement can sit alongside timber or existing porcelain. Samples help establish the actual colour and sheen. The floor and shower-zone finish should be specified for their intended use.

From concept to a quotation

A design concept shows an idea, not a guaranteed installation outcome. The quotation needs to identify preparation, any removal or repair, surface areas, junctions, access and exclusions. Plumbing or electrical changes should be clearly allocated to the relevant trade.

Share the details

Send the location, room dimensions, photographs and the areas you would like to change. Include any known leaks, loose tiles or previous repairs. We can then discuss a finish direction and the assessment required before work is planned.
