Epoxy Resin Flooring in Marbella
A resin floor should belong to the room. We develop epoxy resin designs around the architecture, furniture and light, from quiet cream and stone-inspired tones to expressive colour and marble effects. Each proposal combines the visual direction with an assessment of the existing surface.
Begin with the atmosphere
Bring photographs of the room and the materials that will remain: kitchen fronts, stone, timber, wall colours and furniture. A small sample is useful for colour; a larger design study helps explain movement across a floor. Hand-applied patterns have natural variations and should be agreed as a direction rather than an exact copy of a photograph.
Understand the existing floor
Before a finish is selected, we need to understand what is underneath it. Existing tiles, screeds and coatings need different assessments. Moisture, movement, adhesion, cracks and changes in level can affect the proposal. Preparation and any necessary repairs belong in the quotation.
Design the junctions
The most convincing interiors resolve the small details: the transition to stone, the edge of a kitchen island, a stair landing or a sliding-door threshold. Existing structural joints need to be incorporated appropriately. We discuss these junctions before work starts.
Choose the right finish for use
A living area, kitchen and commercial reception are different briefs. Ask about sheen, cleaning, sunlight exposure and the expected traffic. Any slip-resistance or chemical-resistance requirement should be matched to the specified complete system.
Plan the installation
Your programme should distinguish preparation, application, curing and return to use. We agree these stages for the selected system and site conditions. Share your location, approximate floor area, photographs and preferred design references to begin.
