Garage Resin Flooring, Flake & Quartz
Make the garage feel like part of the property. Resiluxo helps you plan resin flooring for private garages and selected working spaces across Marbella and the Costa del Sol, with the appearance, preparation and daily use considered together.
Three finish directions
A solid-colour system gives a clear, restrained appearance. Decorative flakes introduce a speckled pattern and visual variation. Quartz systems use aggregate as part of the surface design. Flake and quartz describe the finish; they still need a compatible resin build-up and topcoat.
A floor designed around vehicles
Tell us about the vehicles, parking pattern and any workshop activity. Tyres, turning, tools, spills and cleaning all affect the brief. Doorways and ramps need particular attention. We select the system for those conditions rather than treating a garage as an ordinary interior room.
Prepare the concrete
Existing paint, contamination, moisture and cracks need assessment before coating. The quotation should identify the proposed preparation and any repairs. A new decorative finish cannot compensate for an unsuitable base.
Grip and cleaning
More texture can change the way a floor feels and how it is cleaned. Review the intended surface for wet tyres, ramps and foot traffic, and ask for the relevant performance information. The care plan should cover cleaning products and how spills are dealt with.
Coordinate the work
Plan where vehicles and stored items will go while the garage is unavailable. Confirm the stages of preparation, coating and return to vehicle traffic in writing. For an initial discussion, send wide photographs, close-ups of any damaged areas, dimensions and your preferred finish.
