A car showroom floor should give the vehicles a calm setting while supporting the daily reality of deliveries, test drives and cleaning. For dealerships in Marbella, Estepona and the Costa del Sol, the starting point is the way the space operates, followed by colour and sheen.
Separate display from vehicle movement
Map the entrance, delivery route, turning points, parked displays and customer circulation. Ask the system supplier to confirm suitability for the expected vehicle loads, tyres, cleaning products and any oils or chemicals. A decorative sample alone does not establish performance.
Control reflections and colour
Compare warm grey, greige and soft mineral neutrals beneath the actual showroom lighting. A high-gloss finish creates a different impression from satin; check glare, visible marks and how each car colour reads against the sample. Keep expressive veining restrained if the vehicles should remain the focal point.
Plan the refurbishment around stock
Agree where vehicles will be stored, how dust will be contained and which bays can be completed first. Substrate repairs, moisture assessment, joints and thresholds belong in the proposal. Distinguish pedestrian access from permission to drive and park on the new surface.
Send a useful project brief
Include floor area, a marked plan, photographs of damaged areas, opening hours, vehicle movements and the desired reopening date. Resiluxo can review the design direction and project requirements before a system and programme are proposed.
